NANOPROTECH Super glue colourless is a two-component clear epoxy glue for repairing and joining plastic, metal, wood, stone, glass, rubber, leather and PVC. Once cured, the bond stays elastic, does not shrink and withstands water, frost, vibration and temperatures from −60 °C to +150 °C. The mix cures in 2–3 hours at +20 °C, and the joint can take load after 24 hours.
The 10 g pack consists of two bottles: for each repair, squeeze out the required amount from both in equal proportions.

Is this an instant super glue?
No. It is a two-component epoxy: the mix cures in 2–3 hours at +20 °C while the parts are held fixed, and the joint can take load after 24 hours.
Is it a clear epoxy?
Yes, the glue is colourless. Mix the two components in equal proportions until uniform and apply the mix to both surfaces or to the repair point.
How do I prepare and bond the parts?
Clean off dust, oil stains and rust, always rough up the surfaces with coarse sandpaper, degrease with acetone or white spirit and let them air-dry for 15–20 minutes. Apply the mix to both surfaces, press the parts together and hold them for 2–3 hours.
Can it be used as a shoe repair glue?
Yes. The glue is waterproof and frost-proof and stays elastic after curing, so it suits shoes, leather, rubber and PVC.
How long can I work with the mixed glue?
1–1.5 hours at +20 °C — that is the pot life of the mix. Squeeze out only as much as you need for the current repair.

Areas of application
Recommendation for use
1. Clean dirt (dust, oil stains, rust) off the surfaces to be bonded, be sure to sand them with coarse sandpaper, degrease (with acetone, white spirit, etc.) and leave to air-dry for 15–20 minutes.
2. Squeeze equal amounts of the compound from both bottles onto a dry, clean surface (plastic or wood) and mix thoroughly until uniform.
3. Apply the mixture to both surfaces or to the repair area, press together and hold for 2–3 hours.
4. Pot life: 1–1.5 hours at +20 °C.
5. Curing time: 2–3 hours at +20 °C. Keep the parts fixed together during this time.
6. After 24 hours, the joint can be loaded and machined.

Service and shelf life
Store in a dark place at no higher than +25 °C. Shelf life: 24 months.
