Gun care: cleaning, lubrication and bluing

NANOPROTECH gun care products clean, lubricate and protect firearms, airguns and sporting guns against corrosion, and restore the black finish of barrels without heating.

How to choose

• Cleaning, lubricating and protecting the bore, receiver and mechanisms → Gun oil — stops corrosion at any stage and leaves an invisible nanocoating that protects for at least 1 year.
• Moving parts of firearms, airguns and paintball guns → Gun lube — reduces friction and wear and keeps mechanisms from jamming or freezing down to −80 °C.
• A worn finish on barrels and knives → Cold bluing fluid — applied in thin coats to a sanded, degreased area and rinsed off with water after 5–10 minutes.

The oil and the lube set on the surface in 10 minutes and give maximum protection after 24 hours; apply them at −20 to +35 °C. Before bluing, sand the area with 1000-grit abrasive and degrease it; afterwards coat it with oil and polish. The bluing fluid is toxic: wear gloves and eye protection and keep the bottle locked away from children.
