Oil-wax anticorrosion, 650 ml
NANOPROTECH Oil-wax anticorrosion is an aerosol anti-corrosion wax for long-term protection of the car underbody, sills and hidden body cavities. Its oil base penetrates deep into microcracks, while the wax stays on the surface as an elastic water-repellent film that resists road reagents, salt solutions and vibration. Protection lasts up to 12 months at operating temperatures from −40 °C to +80 °C.
The 650 ml can (500 ml of product) is intended for underbody protection and for treating sills and hidden cavities in 2–3 coats.
What to treat: underbody, cavities and seams
- The underbody and chassis rails.
- Hidden body cavities and sills.
- Body seams.
- Inner parts of doors and the boot.
- The engine bay — except engine, exhaust and brake system components.
- Rubbing metal surfaces and corrosion spots that need preserving.
- Areas with an existing preservation coating — it can be applied over the top.
How the oil-wax coating works
- Dual protection: the oil fills microcracks and the wax forms a water-repellent film on the surface.
- Thixotropic formula: viscosity drops under mechanical action and rises at rest.
- The coating does not peel or crack and resists vibration, alkalis, road reagents and salt solutions.
- High penetrating capacity and water-repellent properties.
- Operating temperature from −40 °C to +80 °C.
- Safe for metal, rubber, plastics and paintwork.
Suitable for
Cars, trucks and buses, special machinery, motorbikes, scooters, quad bikes, karts, snowmobiles, jet skis and other watercraft, trailers, garden machinery and tools, and stationary installations.

Questions and answers
How do I apply it for underbody rustproofing?
Remove dirt and loose rust, degrease the surface (for example with white spirit) and mask areas that should not be coated with paper or cloth. Shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes and apply 2–3 coats, allowing 30 minutes between them. Use the tube with a spray head for hard-to-reach areas.
When can the vehicle be driven after treatment?
After 2 hours, once the coating has fully dried. Remove any drips with white spirit. Apply at +10 °C to +30 °C and air humidity no higher than 80 %.
Can the cavity wax be applied over an old coating?
Yes, it can be applied over previously applied preservation coatings. Remove dirt and loose rust first.
Where should it not be applied?
On engine, exhaust or brake system components. Mask nearby surfaces that do not need treating: after drying, the coating takes on a yellowish tint.
How long does the protection last?
Up to 12 months. The coating does not peel or crack, resists vibration, alkalis and road reagents and works from −40 °C to +80 °C.
Used together with
- Rust protection spray — for fasteners, mechanisms and off-season storage of machinery
- Rust remover — for cleaning rust off metal before treatment
Recommendation for use
Preparation: remove dirt and loose rust, degrease the surface (for example, with white spirit). Cover surfaces that should not be treated with paper or cloth.
1. Shake the can vigorously for 2–3 minutes.
2. Apply 2–3 coats, allowing 30 minutes to dry between coats. Use the tube with a spray head for hard-to-reach areas.
3. Full drying takes 2 hours, after which the vehicle can be used. Remove drips with white spirit.
4. After work, turn the can upside down and spray until no more product comes out.
Apply at +10 °C to +30 °C and air humidity not above 80 %. After drying, the surface takes on a yellowish tint. Can be applied over previously applied preservation coatings. Do not apply to engine, exhaust or brake system components.
Composition
Petroleum solvent >30%; hydrocarbon propellant 15–30%; oil 5–15%; fillers 5–15%; synthetic polymer <5%; thickener, corrosion inhibitor <5%.
