Silicone lubricant, 400 ml
NANOPROTECH Silicone lubricant is a polymethylsiloxane-based spray, free of mineral oils and fats, for sliding and rubbing mechanisms made of metal, plastic and rubber. It is transparent, does not stain or evaporate, repels water, protects against squeaks and rust and reduces drying-out of rubber. Treating seals protects them from freezing in winter and drying out in summer.
The 400 ml can (300 ml of product) suits regular treatment of seals, locks, hinges and garden tools.

Questions and answers
How do I treat car door seals?
Spray the lubricant onto a cloth and wipe the seals with it, so the product goes on evenly and does not get on the glass or paintwork. The surface should be clean and degreased, and the temperature between 0 °C and +28 °C.
Why treat rubber seals before winter?
To stop them freezing to the doors. Rubber seal protection works all year round: the lubricant repels water and prevents freezing in winter and keeps seals from drying out in summer.
Is it safe for paint and plastic?
Yes. It is safe for paintwork and suitable for mechanisms made of metal, plastic and rubber. It is transparent and does not stain.
Can it be used when casting moulds?
Yes, as a release agent — except on silicone surfaces, where it is not suitable.

Recommendation for use
Be sure to shake the can before use.
Apply at 0 °C to +28 °C. To treat rubber seals, apply the lubricant to a cloth and wipe the seals with it. For better lubrication, apply to a clean (dirt-free, degreased) surface.

Service and shelf life
Shelf life: 3 years. Store at +5 °C to +35 °C; the product retains its properties at −30 °C to +45 °C. Follow the storage and use instructions on the packaging.
Safety measures
Pressurised container! Protect from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C. Do not store or spray near open flames, hot objects or live electrical equipment. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Use in a well-ventilated area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. FLAMMABLE! After use or once the shelf life has expired, dispose of as household waste. Does not deplete the ozone layer.
