Cleaner for brake system, 400 ml
NANOPROTECH Brake cleaner is an aerosol degreaser for brake discs, drums, pads, callipers and clutch components. It removes brake dust, carbon, oil and grease without dismantling, evaporates quickly and leaves no film. Deep cleaning of the surface micro-texture improves braking efficiency.
The 400 ml can (300 ml nominal) suits cleaning brakes and wheel rims in a garage or workshop.

Questions and answers
Do I need to dismantle the brakes before cleaning?
No. Spray the product on the dirty area, let the dirty solution run off and leave the surface to dry. Wipe it with a clean cloth if necessary.
Does it need rinsing with water?
No. It evaporates quickly and leaves no film. Repeat the treatment on heavy dirt.
Can it be used for wheel rim cleaning, including aluminium and chrome?
Yes. It is suitable for wheel rims, including polished and anodised aluminium, lacquered and chrome rims.
How does it differ from the carburettor cleaner?
By purpose. Both are fast-evaporating degreasing aerosols that leave no film, but this one removes brake dust, oil and grease from discs, callipers and pads, while the carburettor cleaner dissolves carbon and varnish in carburettors and throttle bodies.
Is it suitable for motorbikes?
Yes. It cleans motorbike brakes: discs, pads and callipers.

Areas of application
Recommendation for use
Be sure to shake the can before use. Spray the product onto the area to be cleaned, let the dirty solution drain off and leave to dry. If necessary, wipe the surface with a clean cloth. Repeat for heavy soiling.

Aliphatic hydrocarbons >30%; aromatic hydrocarbons >30%; corrosion inhibitor >5%; functional additives >5%; hydrocarbon propellant.

Service and shelf life
Shelf life: 3 years from the date of manufacture. The date of manufacture is on the bottom of the can. Store indoors in a dry, ventilated room at least 1 m away from heating appliances, at −10 °C to +35 °C.
Safety measures
Pressurised container! Protect from direct sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above +50 °C. Do not store or spray near open flames, hot objects or live electrical equipment. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Use in a well-ventilated area. In case of contact with eyes, rinse with water. In case of skin contact, wash with soap and water. FLAMMABLE! After use or once the shelf life has expired, dispose of as household waste. Does not deplete the ozone layer.
