Recommendation for use

1. Clean the thread off the rust, dirt, oil, and degrease.
2. Apply activator on the thread surface. Wail until fully dried out. Treatment of the surfaces with activator can be made in advance, as it preserves its qualities for 30 days after application.
3. Squeezed the “PTFE gel” out of the flask on the thread and spread along the thread profile.
4. Perform final tightening of the threaded connection.
5. The sealant is consolidation in 5 minutes, full strength is achieved in 1-2 hours.
6. If it is difficult to disassemble the connection, warm it up to 100-150°С using the heat gun or blowlamp, and disassemble.

CAUTION!
It is not recommended to use the sealant for pipes with the diameter of more than 2 inches, as it will be difficult to disassemble this connection without rather strong heating (up to 200°С).
Avoid ingress of activator, particles, metal, acids, alkalies in the liquid product, as this will lead to its spontaneous polymerization in the package.
The sealant polymerization without activator on active surfaces (iron, copper, brass) occurs within 2 hours, then the pipeline can be put into operation. The sealant acquires its final strength in 6 hours at the temperature of no less than 20°С.
